With nearly two decades of experience in nursing, Michael brings a depth of clinical knowledge and true compassion to every patient interaction. His background spans high-acuity settings including the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Emergency Department (ER), and the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, where he has cared for patients and their families during some of their most critical moments. This diverse experience has strengthened his clinical judgment, technical expertise, and ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Michael is deeply committed to delivering safe, empathetic, and patient-centered care. Known for his attention to detail and advocacy for best practices, Michael prioritizes both patient safety and dignity while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams. His passion for nursing is rooted not only in clinical excellence, but also in building trust with patients and families, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and respected throughout their care journey.
